Team Mural Atlanta

Team Mural Atlanta

The Atlanta Team Mural program is quite simply one of the most effective, memorable and meaningful conference team builds around. Your challenge is to produce an impressive masterpiece from many separate canvasses. The team will need to “see the bigger picture” as they pull together, communicate and collaborate to make the project a success. Individuals, sub teams, and the total team must all work together to produce an effective and impressive end result. The final masterpiece is huge, and will prove to be a remarkable piece of art that the delegates will be proud to have contributed to and can be hung at work as a permanent reminder.

We also have a charitable version, “Paint it Forward” where the artwork can be donated to a hospital or worthwhile charity.

GoTek–High Tech Scavenger Hunts

GoTek–High Tech Scavenger Hunts

Get Your Tech On in this high tech iPad or smartphone scavenger hunt is a team building program with a conventional twist.

GoTek uses gamification to engage participants, the “Process of using game thinking and game mechanics to solve problems and engage audiences”. Put simply, it means that you’’ll get far better results from your group if you engage them within a game environment–perfect for an interactive scavenger hunt using tablets and smartphones. We design the challenges around the location you are in, and what is available in the general area. Along the way you’’ll discover some great facts about where you are and learn great new things.

TeamProv

TeamProv

Improv may not be the first thing that comes to mind when you think about the workplace and skills associated with being a well rounded and productive employee. But surprisingly, many of the skills that you can take away from improv can be directly correlated with having a productive work environment and meaningful relationships with colleagues.

The TeamProv program will teach you the vital, soft business skills that they don’t teach in an MBA program, yet should: focus, trust, proactive listening, making each other look good, being present, living in the moment. These are the essential, yet often overlooked or discarded, communication and listening skills that will consistently improve the quality of your work, home and social relationships.

Build-A-Boat

Build-A-Boat

Each team receives highly specialized equipment, tools and blueprints/designs for the construction of their very own boat. If teams collaborate, communicate and execute well the boat is incredibly seaworthy and reliable (more than capable of what they will be asked to do with them). Teams are initially surprised at the materials they have to build with, but with some genuine teamwork and leadership (and the best systems and plans) anything is possible! This is a highly engaging and “”hands-on”” challenge where teams are justifiably proud of the outcome, an actual boat that can do far more than they thought it could.

All event materials are included and we provide a trained facilitator and assistants your event. It works great on hotel resort pools and lakes or any body of of flat and safe water.

Charity Bike Build

Charity Bike Build

At this charitable bike building event, teams are armed with wrenches and enthusiasm as they race to construct the ultimate human-powered, no-gasoline-needed rocket: children’s bicycles. From the creative folks at TeamBonding, our Charity Bike Build program facilitators have helped hundreds of companies just like yours build bikes for kids for charity (more than 14,000 bicycles and counting) around the world.

One of your fondest childhood memories is probably the day you received your very first bicycle for your birthday or Christmas, wrapped with a big bow around the handlebars. You probably spent all summer outside, cycling around with your friends, or going on rides through the woods with your family.

But for the many impoverished families throughout America, it can be tough to afford the cost of food and rent, let alone luxuries like toys and bikes. Although bicycling can help children build coordination and self-esteem, and provides a wonderful source of exercise, many kids are forced to go without this cherished childhood pastime.

For most of the children involved, typically ages 7-9, this will be their first bicycle! We partner with charities such as Boys and Girls Clubs and Bikes for Tykes. We’re also happy to partner with a local charity of your choice.

Do Good Bus

Do Good Bus

Coming into town for a retreat or convention? Why not make a GOOD impact on the community you visit? Our team has worked with causes and non-profits all over the US and can help you find a good fit for your team while you’’re in town. The Do Good Bus is a great full or half day activity to include in company retreats, trainings and destination meetings. Not only will your team do GOOD and build team camaraderie, it’’s a great way to see the city you’’re visiting. Our team can even incorporate a visit to a local museum, tourist destination or local bar.

Part of successful team-building comes from a continuous focus. For some companies, planning one annual event does little for the group’’s long-term success. A corporate culture integrating regular team-building exercises and allowing employees to connect and learn to trust each other will far better serve the group and organization than a big annual event. Our team can create a year long plan to incorporate multiple do GOOD trips and allow your employees to gain problem-solving skills while helping Do Good Bus plan solutions for a specific non-profit or cause.

In it to Win It

You’’ll have a great time finding out with Survey Says, our hilarious adaptation of the classic, long-running game show. TeamCuisine

TeamCuisine

Working as a team, participants prepare, enjoy and celebrate a serious multi-course gourmet meal. TeamCuisine is our flagship culinary team building experience and makes an especially great choice for getting everyone on board quickly on the first day of a company conference, or as a celebratory event after a successful project completion.

The final outcome is the realization of the task accomplished: The conception, creation, and production of an exquisite 5-star gourmet banquet–without the aid of a proper kitchen, recipes or culinary training, in an extremely limited amount of time. This achievement, followed by the enjoyment of sharing a fine meal together, is a powerful metaphor to share with your team and to bring back to your work place.

Chili Cook-Off

Chili Cook-Off

The searing flavors of this fiery festival guarantee that TeamBonding’’s Hot-Cha-Cha Chili Cook-Off program brings the five-alarm fun to your summer outing! Does your team have a fire in the belly when it comes to their chili recipe? Think they can bring red-hot heat and be crowned chili champion? Then step on up, partners! Show off that chili machismo as you vie for succulent spicy success!

Teams will start out with the basic chili necessities (the meat and tomatoes, if you will). Ye Olde General Store is open for teams to purchase more ingredients. But teams had better leave their inner-bandito at home. The sheriff keeps a watchful eye and doesn’’t take too kindly to sneak-thievin’’.

Teams can also negotiate with the hombres from other teams for those last minute needs. But no tusslin’’. Sheriff’’ll ride you right out of town for that.

If your chili recipe is definitely blue ribbon material, bring it on! Us judges have certainly polished our belt-buckles around a few pots of Texas Red in the past. Shucks, even got some stuck in our cookie dusters. We know good chuck. So make sure your chili is a true hot tamale!

TeamBonding’’s Hot-Cha-Cha Chili Cook-Off program is both hot and chili con cool!

CRE8 Song Events

CRE8 Song Events

CRE8 song events is a unique alternative to the usual coporate team building exercise. Our process combines the tools of songwriting (inspiration, creative thinking, editing, etc.) and your current business strategies. After an introduction the writers will perform some of their songs and discuss “behind the scenes” stories about their writing and recording. Your employees will then break up into small groups, alongside the pros and write songs wrapped around your company’s current product, direction, market launch, whatever the case may be. After 30 minutes, the groups play their new creations live. It is a fun and one-of-a-kind way to get your team thinking outside the box, collectively throwing out ideas and building camaraderie.

The founders of CRE8 are songwriters Travis Hill and Zac Maloy. Travis has been a centerpiece to the Nashville writing scene for over a dozen years as well as co-founding successful publishing entity, Carnival Music. He has penned and published multiple chart topping hits for a whose-who list of Nashville artists. Zac came from a different road, fronting the rock band The Nixons from the mid nineties until their breakup in the early 2000’s. After touring the world he then transitioned into writing for other pop and rock artists including Daughtry, Three Doors Down, Adam Lambert and Train to name a few. Between them their songs have been performed on The Grammys, American Idol, ACM and CMA awards, American Music Awards, have won Song and Writer of the Year awards, garnered millions of airplay spins, and been performed live in front of audiences worldwide.

The Auto Bond

The Auto Bond

The Auto Bond has been a crowd favorite for years because of its high-energy fun-filled atmosphere that is successful in involving everyone in a true team building activity. The entire event is patterned after a NASCAR race complete with flag, officials, and awards!

Your goal is to design, build, present and race a Formula PVC race car that will efficiently carry a driver and that is powered by one person pushing the car!

Guests will be divided into race teams. Each team themselves will determine an internal design team, assembly team, presentation/marketing team, trivia team, racing team & pit crew as well as dismantling team. Car concepts and designs are created and assembled. A marketing presentation for each team is created complete with theme song.

Each team “”races”” their car in a high energy NASCAR style race with pit stops, driver changes and more!
